Organizing free medical camp for expatriate workers in Maldives

Yesterday, Saturday (September 2nd), during the weekend, free health services were provided to Bangladeshi, Indian, Sri Lankan expatriate workers in the Maldives, organized by the Maldives Bureau of Statistics, in the hallroom and premises of the capital Maler Darbarug.

Free health services provide free medical care and medicine to expatriate Bangladeshis. Most of the Bangladeshi non-documentary diaspora workers have participated in this year’s health camp. In addition, this free health service will be provided next Friday at Hulomale Island, near Mal, the capital of Maldives.

Md. Jasim Uddin, Welfare Assistant of Bangladesh Embassy in Maldives participated in providing services voluntarily with the volunteers of Maldives red crescent Maldives (MRC) to present the language of their country in English in the said health service.
